Clear Site Data on Google Chrome
  1. Launch the Google Chrome to modify any settings in the tool regarding site data and its clearing.
  2. Tap on the “menu” icon on the top right corner.
  3. Choose “More tools” and tap On “Developer tools.”
  4. In the opened panel, tap on the application option and click “>>” to visible any hidden tab.
  5. After the application tab opens, click on “Clear Storage” and then choose “Clear Site Data” on the right side of the tab.
  6. Choose the specific data to clear if you don’t want to remove every data from the browser by unticking the options of your preference.
After tapping on “Clear Site Data,” all of the choose site data will be wiped out from your Google Chrome browser. Doing all these will remove the data, and you will be signed out from Google Chrome as well. This is all about security, and that is why clearing the catch data and other files are necessary. Misbehaving of any website can also be solved if you clear the data, which is most likely to work if there is no issue in from the website hand.
On Google, there are so many sites that track the user data and share them with other sources so they can contact you. That is why you might have seen ads of those things that you search on Google, and after some time they start to visible on other platforms too.
