How to Fix Cannot Install, Push, or Find App from Microsoft Store

Microsoft Store offers millions of useful and handy apps for the users to avail, but there are several issues you can face while doing so. Install, Push or Cannot Find the Microsoft Store
Here are the lists of reasons that may cause the issue of the Microsoft Store app:

Device Limit on Apps
Windows OS Version

  1. If you locate the app in the store but are unable to install it, then one of the reasons is the OS version. If the app is not compatible with a copy of the OS version, then it may not install.
  2. Locate the app in the Microsoft store and then launch it.
  3. Tap on the System Requirements menu beside Overview.
  4. Record the minimum and recommended OS version then evaluate to the OS version.
Install Games on Xbox
If you want to install games on Xbox, then abide by the given instructions:
  1. Install the Xbox apps and games with a web interface. It is also known as Push Install that Microsoft does from its end.
  2. Change the Xbox One
  3. Click on the Xbox option to launch the guide.
  4. Go to System.
  5. Tap on Settings.
  6. Select General.
  7. Choose Personalization.
  8. Press My home Xbox.
  9. And then you can select to:
  10. Make the home Xbox to assign console as the home Xbox.
  11. Delete it to My home Xbox to remove the description.
Compatibility Issue on Device
Ensure to check the hardware compatibility problem between the game or app and the PC. If you are unable to see it, then it is likely the store has to hide or block the Buy tab on the apps that are incompatible with the device.
Un-hide Apps in Store
If you wish to un-hide Apps in Store, then pursue the given instructions:
  1. Tap on Store section,
  2. Navigate to My Library.
  3. Click on ‘All owned.’
  4. Select Show hidden products.
  5. Scroll the results to locate the app or game.
  6. Find the app in the list.
  7. Install it.
App Is Not Accessible in the Region or Country
Several companies level apps for some regions only. The app may be recommended by a friend who lives in another country and is accessible in his region but maybe not in your region.
Hiding an Application in the Family Settings
If the parents control the account via Family settings, then it might be possible that maybe you are not permitted to install the app. It is also possible because of the age restrictions.
Pending Restart After an Update
If you are getting any particular error or unable to install the apps, then check if there is any pending restart after the update. You have to restart the PC before installing the app.
  1. Reset the cache of Microsoft store
  2. Launch the Run box.
  3. Input wsreset.exe, then tap ok.
  4. The Command Prompt will launch, and after a few seconds, the window will be closed.
  5. Microsoft Store will launch automatically when an operation is finished.
