How to Upgrade a Telegram Group to a Supergroup on Android

• Press “Three Lines.” It resembles three lines located on the left side of the phone display

• Click the “New Group” button.

• Press “Each Member” that you like to add. Choose one contact to add on the group. You can add many contacts by going to your contacts list.

• Click the “Check Mark” button. You will get this option on the right side of the phone display.

• Give a title for the new group. Click the “Blank” option at the upper side of the display to open the keyboard.

• Press the “Check Mark.” This option is located on the right side of the phone display. This will open a new group page.

• Click the group title. You will find this on the upper side of the phone display.

• Click the three dots button. It is located on the right side of the display. A context menu will come.

• Press “Convert to Supergroup” option. A verification message will come on the screen, indicating that you can’t remove Supergroup to Telegram group.

• Click “OK.” A new group of Telegram is created as a Supergroup.

• In case you like to add many members in Supergroup, and then open the group, press “Contact name.” after that, click “Add member.”

Steps to Upgrade a Telegram group to a Supergroup:

• Unlock Telegram application. It resembles an azure and white symbol having an airplane icon in it. You will get this into the application drawer or on the home phone screen.

• If there are two hundred members in the telegram Supergroup, then it will work better.
